I'm Mary Loftus and I am the principal trainer and database/web developer at Vision Communications, based in Sligo, Ireland.
Vision Communications is the lofty pseudonym I adoped in 1995 when I became a freelance trainer and developer. I was young and innocent at the time - and thought that if I was going to take on the big bad world then I would need to sound more substantial than I was.  
The name has served me well - even though the URL is awkward - it would feel disloyal to dismantle it now.  So, with that background, Vision Communications has been operating as an IT training & consultancy since 1995, specialising in the fields of database design & and technical training. 
Previous to all that, I served as Executive Director with Sligo Chamber of Commerce, Information Office with North Connacht Youth Service.  You can see my CV at LinkedIn
